Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were average in size and decor, but unfortunately, they had a dank musty smell. Although the guaranteed check-in time was 4 pm, my room was pretty but lacked a view. The service was exceptional and kind overall, but there was a slight delay in bringing the car around on a slow Monday morning. The location was convenient, situated in the West Loop with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the Art Institute of Chicago. The dining experience was very tasty, especially during the Thanksgiving break. Despite these positive aspects, the hotel did not provide a view from the rooms and was occasionally disturbed by horns, drums, and chanting outside.
My stay at the hotel was truly satisfying. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant retreat. The service was warm and genuinely friendly. The central location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the pricing could be more competitive.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are well-equipped for both relaxation and work, but could use some better cleaning. The service is professional and accommodating, making it a true gem. The location is perfect for experiencing a variety of holiday events but is further from some good shops and restaurants. The dining options are decent with limited vegetarian choices. Overall, a nice place with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, despite not being the largest, were adequately clean and vertical. However, they could use more natural light and better views. The service provided was top-notch, delivering an above-average experience. The location was convenient, offering easy access to the city's main attractions. The dining options were average, surprising for a JW Marriott. Overall, a satisfactory stay with room for improvement.
